Role Overview:

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and business-minded Business Development Executive to represent our company and drive new business opportunities in software development, web solutions, and digital transformation services.

As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you will be the face of the organisation. Beyond achieving sales targets, you will be expected to represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and credibility in every client interaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a polished and professional appearance, outstanding communication abilities, and the confidence to conduct business presentations, understand client challenges, and position our solutions effectively.

The candidate must be willing to travel for client meetings, networking events, presentations, and business development activities whenever required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in Software Sales, Web Development Sales, IT Services Sales, SaaS, or Digital Solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English along with strong command of the local/native language.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to confidently conduct business presentations and communicate complex technical solutions in a simple and compelling manner.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle and ensure timely follow-ups.
• A professional, well-groomed, and presentable personality with strong business etiquette.
• Strong listening skills with the ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Self-driven, ambitious, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Experience using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital prospecting tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business meetings and client engagements whenever required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambitious growth targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in B2B IT Services or Technology Sales.
• Good understanding of website development, custom software development, AI solutions, digital transformation services, SaaS platforms, and cloud technologies.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation platforms.
• Strong consultative selling and account management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with CXOs, founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and digital project execution will be an added advantage.
